In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires. All defined terms apply equally in both singular and plural form.

Access to and use of temi69's services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. temi69 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+ in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence or location at the time of play.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or family member thereof, of temi69 or any of its affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been granted by management.
• You must not be self-excluded from temi69 or any other gaming platform under a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or using funds belonging to another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this clause. temi69 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from a Member's misrepresentation of their eligibility status.

To access temi69's Services, you must register a Member Account. The following terms govern the registration process and your ongoing obligations as a registered Member:

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Member may hold only one (1) active Account on temi69. Multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual — whether registered using different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If temi69 detects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, forfeit all bonuses, and confiscate any winnings derived from such accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are required to provide your real legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. Any changes to your personal information must be reported to temi69 immediately via the Account Settings section or by contacting customer support.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. temi69 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Email and Mobile Verification. During or after registration, temi69 may require you to verify your email address and mobile phone number by entering a verification code sent to those contacts. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted access to certain Services, including withdrawals.

3.5 KYC Documentation. temi69 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to verify Member identities and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number). Withdrawals may be suspended until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.

3.6 Account Suspension and Closure. temi69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in any manner that threatens the integrity of the platform. In cases of voluntary account closure requested by the Member, any pending bonuses will be forfeited and withdrawals processed only after all outstanding bets have been settled.

temi69 processes all transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own legal name. The following rules govern financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. temi69 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and other major banks) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. temi69 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Each payment method has its own minimum deposit amount (typically Rp 50,000) and maximum per-transaction limit (typically Rp 50,000,000 for bank transfers; lower for e-wallets). Withdrawal limits vary by Member tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and are displayed in the Account dashboard. Daily and monthly withdrawal caps apply to prevent money laundering and ensure fair access to cashier resources.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00 – 16:00 WIB Monday to Friday, with reduced processing on weekends and public holidays). Delays may occur during national holidays (Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Christmas, New Year) or due to maintenance by your bank or e-wallet provider. temi69 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours for verified accounts in good standing. Gold and Platinum tier Members receive priority processing (typically within 4-8 hours). All withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name matching your temi69 Account name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

4.5 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal. To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time through (1x rollover) before the deposited amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place a minimum of Rp 500,000 in total bets before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to both deposit funds and any winnings derived from them. Bonus funds are subject to separate and higher wagering requirements as detailed in Clause 5 below.

4.6 Currency Conversion. All funds held in your temi69 Account are denominated in IDR. If you deposit using a payment method that processes in a foreign currency (rare on temi69 as we focus on Indonesian payment methods), the amount will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing interbank exchange rate plus a small processing margin. You accept all currency conversion risks.

4.7 Payment Method Ownership Verification. temi69 may request proof that you are the legal owner of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Acceptable proof includes a bank statement or e-wallet account screenshot showing your full name and account number. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.8 Fees. temi69 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees on our side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees or transaction charges. Such third-party fees are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by temi69.

temi69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional rewards to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotional offer itself:

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to Members in good standing who have completed account verification (including KYC where required) and have not been flagged for bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Each bonus offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying bet types, and time limits. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called rollover or turnover) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place a total of Rp 1,000,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. 5.3 Expiry Dates. Most bonuses have an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Typical expiry periods range from 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. 5.4 Maximum Bet Limits. While wagering a bonus, a maximum bet limit per spin or per bet typically applies (commonly Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided. Prohibited behaviors include creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other Members, betting on opposite outcomes to guarantee winnings, using exploits or system errors, or any other activity intended to unfairly profit from promotions. Members found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and winnings forfeited, and their Accounts may be permanently suspended.

5.7 Withdrawal Before Meeting Wagering. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement of an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and only your remaining deposited funds will be available for withdrawal (subject to the 1x deposit rollover rule in Clause 4.5).

5.8 Discretion to Modify or Cancel. temi69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to withhold, reduce, or cancel bonuses if we reasonably believe the bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

All bets placed on temi69 are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question, in addition to these general betting and gaming rules:

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by temi69. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect the bet has been placed in error, in bad faith, or as part of a coordinated betting pattern. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet receipt issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.

6.2 Sports Betting Markets. temi69 offers a comprehensive range of sports betting markets covering football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), basketball, badminton, tennis, MotoGP, e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and more. Market types include Match Result (1X2), Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under Goals, Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, and accumulator bets known as mix parlay in the Indonesian market. All markets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body.

6.3 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the event or match. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or moved to a different venue, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and competition. Details are available in the Sport-Specific Rules section accessible from your Account dashboard. In the case of obvious errors in odds, results, or bet acceptance, temi69 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting. temi69 offers live in-play betting on selected matches and events. Live betting odds are updated in real time based on match developments. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between the time you place a bet and the time it is accepted. If a significant event occurs during this delay (e.g., a goal is scored), temi69 reserves the right to reject the bet. All live bets are final once accepted.

6.5 Casino Games and RNG. All slot games, video poker, and RNG-based table games on temi69 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 6.6 Live Casino Rules. Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from temi69:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false information during registration, using stolen or fraudulent payment methods, or attempting to manipulate results or game outcomes.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing: Colluding with other Members, coordinating bets with others to guarantee profit, or betting on matches where you have inside information or influence over the outcome.

• Money Laundering: Using temi69 to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to temi69's systems, software, or databases.
• Use of Bots or Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games. All gameplay must be performed manually by the registered Member.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing temi69 staff or other Members via chat, email, or any other communication channel.

temi69 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibited conduct rules. During an investigation, your Account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals frozen. If a breach is confirmed, temi69 may close your Account, confiscate any funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities if criminal activity is suspected.

All content on the temi69 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of temi69 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the temi69 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from temi69 without prior written consent.

The temi69 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of temi69 or its affiliates. temi69 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected, or that the platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall temi69, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

temi69's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law, and temi69's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

temi69 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. All personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and use of the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using temi69, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
